We left out around 6am we used valet our entire stay, upon checking out we were asked for license and registration?, We left the ticket in the car and we had not had an issue for 3 days prior and we had a set code they requested upon the first drop off so that should not have been an issue. Someone set their trash outside there door and it was their all day, our Tv did not work, and we were treated horribly on the last day, upon checking out Monday morning 5/8/23 I was told if, 'I had that many issues, I would never come back' by the only present concierge.
I went on a girl's trip with 4 other friends, my room was not cleaned the entire weekend, 2 of the other rooms were but they were in executive suites.
